Instant Hair
Hello Dr. Jones,
I wanted to let you know that I tried
your “Instant hair” product
and I was amazed. I was planning on shaving
my head, but now I think I’ll hold off
for a little while longer. It’s incredible
how just a few shakes of Instant Hair
gives my head the appearance of thicker
hair. I’ve included some before and after
pictures for you to see. Feel free to
use them on your site if you want.

Another
chance (fixing a previous bad hair transplant)
I could not decide whether to scream
or cry. What I had was not a bad hair
transplant; it was a horrible hair transplant.
My gratitude to you will last forever.
After surviving the war, I feel like I
have been given a third chance in life.
My confidence is at all time high. I
got a huge promotion and my social life
hasn’t been better. Before, especially
at work, a stare at my hairline would
simply disarm me; I couldn’t function.
I would like to discuss with you further
on Monday after you review the iPictures
of my current state (for the lack of a
better word). I will be looking forward
to talking to you. Thank you.

The procedure I had
I’m a 30yr old Professional Engineer
of Ontario who was both receding and thinning.
I had a 1800 graft (dense) state of the
art FUE session with
Dr. Jones and his staff. This was my first
hair transplant procedure.
The selection process
Prior to selecting Dr. Jones
I thoroughly researched all options available.
I had two other consultations with Sure
Hair International and Alvi Armani. Sure
Hair only offered the FUSS procedure and
I had to ask them about the FUE
procedure. Alvi Armani did both procedures
but based on price and duration of sessions
I was steered into the FUSS procedure.
I was told by Alvi Armani that if I wanted
FUE it would be 400-500
grafts a day, so there would be several
sessions to get the results I was after.
As well from the cost comparison below
you can see the exorbinent amount Alvi
Armani charges for the FUE
procedure. Due to Doctor Jones’s extensive
experience with the FUE
procedure he was able to extract 1800
FUE grafts in 2.5hr.
I was then prepped and the grafts were
inspected and planted. The entire procedure
was complete in 7.5hrs.
Cost comparison by the graft
From written quotes from each
of the three companies. In descending
order from the first quote I received
to the last quote I needed.
Sure Hair International cost per graft
FUE = do not do procedure
Sure Hair International cost per graft
FUSS = 0.55X
Alvi Armani cost per graft FUE
= 2.25X
Alvi Armani cost per graft FUSS = 0.72X
Dr. Jones cost per graft FUE
= X
Consultations and customer support
Another thing to note was that
at both Sure Hair International and Alvi
Armani I never met a doctor. Everything
was handled by sales people (In both cases
the sales people were very nice and had
had the FUSS procedure themselves.). However
with Dr Jones right from day one I dealt
direct with him. Nothing can replace the
feeling of assurance knowing that you
are dealing directly with the person who
will be performing the procedure. Even
after the procedure is completed you can
contact Dr. Jones directly on his cell
phone at any time to ask any questions.
The procedure
During the procedure the only
pain experienced was the initial pin prick
of the needle for the local anesthetic.
After that the procedure was quite comfortable.
After the procedure I was given a prescription
for Tylenol 3’s and anti inflammatories.
I took the first two tablets of Tylenol
3’s and then after that found I did not
need them.
Final conclusion
In my opinion the FUE
procedure is the future of hair transplant
surgery and based on the above information
you can see that with Dr. Jones the future
is now. However with other companies which
are less experienced with the FUE
procedure you are lead to believe it is
an unattainable extravagant procedure
with regards to both costs and duration.
Dr. Jones’s ability to provide the state
of the art procedure at a reasonable costs
speaks directly to his research and experience
with the procedure and his ability to
refine his technique and skills.
Best regards,
D. P. Eng.

Hello Dr. Jones,
I hope all is well. I wanted to send
you a couple of pictures detailing my
results with the HT procedure I had in
Sept 2004. I have enclosed 3 pictures,
one from week 16 and 2 from week 52, flash
and no flash. Please feel free to use
the pictures but I would appreciate if
you keep my identity confidential.
I wanted to take the opportunity to thank
you for the experience and the quality
of your work. The experience I had with
you and your staff was miles above my
first procedure. Not only was the procedure
amazing, but I was surprised by the recovery
period. There were no issues or complications
with the days and weeks after the procedure
and my recovery process was quick. I only
wish I went to see you for my first procedure.
I have recommended you to other people
and I have express to them how happy I
am with the result. I am considering further
work in 2006.
Thank you very much and I'll see
you agian.
kindest regards,

To say that I have been through the ringer
with hair surgeries would unfortunately
be a vast understatement. I have had a
Jurri Flap, scalp reductions, thousands
of transplants and yes even flown to another
continent to have hairs plucked from my
chest and back and transplanted to my
weary head. Yet with all that costly work
done, I’m still wearing a piece of carpet
on the top of my head to cover up a thinly
veiled group of unhappy hairs, not good
for someone who makes his living in front
of the camera.
Recently though I have begun a new journey
that has greatly improved the look of
my accursed pate. The artist repairing
my follicular conundrum is Dr. Robert
Jones. So far, Dr. Jones has recreated
my frontal hairline, reduced the scars
from my Jurri Flap and filled in a great
number of other scars for me as well.
He has done this work with the greatest
of expertise, time and efficiency and
get this, he actually LISTENS to you,
amazing huh? The results has been a rewarding
and an aesthetically pleasing adjunct
to what I have already had done.
Last but certainly not least is his cost,
which is more than reasonable. He works
with you and bills you at a truly fair
rate, as opposed to the astronomical rate
that many of the others in his field charge.
That said I have now seen him twice and
will be back a couple of more times to
complete this seemingly never ending process.
Take it from someone who has literally
had everything imaginable done to his
head and at a cost of more than 50 or
60 thousand dollars, Dr. Jones is the
man to see. He won’t let you down, nor
will he gouge your pocketbook. Instead,
he’ll give you your moneys worth and create
a great look for you.
I highly recommend Dr. Jones and am happy
to chat with anyone who has any questions
regarding my troublesome follicular past.
I’d also like to chat about why I think
he’s best. (Please contact Dr. Jones’
office for my contact information.)

Dr Jones
and staff.
After almost 20 years (1987) of "suffering"
with a bad plug transplant..I finally
feel a massive weight lifted from my soul
with the results of my sessions with Dr
Jones.
Though I'm still a few mini sessions
away from completion, when I look at myself
I can see the end result being nothing
short of amazing given my prior situation.
I will never have a full head of hair, but
for me that wasn't the point...I just
wanted to look as "natural"as
possible.
Before visiting Dr Jones, a few others
had turned me way, saying that essentially
my situation was hopeless. I remember
leaving their offices with a great feeling
of dread and sadness at the prospect of
living with a hat on my head for the rest
of my years. From the moment I met Dr
Jones he gave me a feeling of great hope
though I remained somewhat skeptical.
He explained to me to need to be patient
and that it would be a two or three step
process to do it "right". I
appreciated his reluctance to not do it
all at once, get his money, and move on....though
I wanted it fixed yesterday!
Finally Dr Jones was the first transplant
surgeon I ever met who did not discuss
his FEE as his first order of business.
He was very gracious with the cost of
the procedures and allowed me to pay what
I could over a period time. Bottom line
is that I genuinely felt and still feel
that he wants to help me and understands
my situation. He is down to earth, friendly
and best of all...accessible .
His entire staff has been and continues
to be absolutely wonderful in accomodating
me and I also feel they care about the
end result for me.
Thank you Dr Jones...we'll see you
soon.
Enjoy your Fridays on the course...you
deserve them.

My fifth surgery was with Dr. Jones. I
was very happy with the results that I
had but the scar bothered me and therefore
the only choice was FUE. After speaking
to Dr. Jones, and getting a feel for him
and what he stands for, I knew that he
was the man for the job. Dr. Jones also
uses the lateral slit. The experience
was good and I am excited about the results.
September 2004 - Six months after the
procedure.
Progress over the last six months has
been very good. The grafts at the temples
are fully grown in and the scars are very
difficult to see (and therefore photograph)
with my hair as long as it is today. I
will be going to see Dr. Jones in October,
seven and a half months after my scar
repair, with my head shaved, to give a
direct comparison of the before and after
results of scar repair. I will post clear
photographs
here at the end of October 2004.
October 2004 - I think I know a little
about the requirements needed to make
a good hair transplant Doctor having had
just over 8000 grafts in six procedures.
Skill and ability are just two factors
and Dr. Jones has the skill and ability
in abundance, but he also has more - understanding,
compassion, foresight and a down to earth
nature rarely seen in Doctors who are
at the top of their field. This is what
makes Dr. Robert Jones not a good hair
transplant Doctor but a great hair transplant
Doctor, one who in my opinion is the leading
specialist in follicular unit extraction
(FUE). This is why I chose him for my
last two surgeries and why I would unconditionally
recommend him to anyone considering hair
replacement surgery.

I am very happy
with what Dr. Jones performed. It took
me over a year of research before I decided
to go with him and it was the correct
decision. There are maybe 3 or 4 other
HT doctors of the same caliber, but I'm
not sure if they would give as much personal
attention to the advice/surgery/post-procedure
care as Dr. Jones. I only had 560 FU's
transplanted, yet they made a difference
for me. Also, they grew in a perfectly
natural way. I plan on going to Dr. Jones
again for a mega-session sometime next
year once I've saved up enough for
the operation.
I do not envisage myself considering
any other HT surgeon for subsequent transplants.
Kind regards,
ZL

Dear
Dr. Jones:
I can't thank you enough for all
your amazing work. Before I came to you
I was really in a bad place. I had a head
full of scars and very little hair to
show for it. With your F.U.E. procedure
we were able to utilize what little hair
I had and utilizing my body hair and we
were able to undo some of the scarring
from some horrible strip transplants of
the mid 90s. You have given me a new outlook
on life and for that I am truly grateful.
Thank you to you and your staff for everything.
You are truly a credit to your profession
and to the whole hair transplant industry.
Sincerely,
C.J. - NY

I originally encountered
information on Dr. Jones from a few hair
loss website forums. My situation was
getting worse and I was researching for
the best possible options. There seemed
to be very few restoration doctors that
were recommended by most posters and past
patients. So, I did some background work
and decided that Dr. Jones was the best
choice for me. Also, when I made the appointment
for the consultation, Dr. Jones talked
to me personally! Not a salesman! I was
very impressed with his disposition and
compassion towards my plight, so I set
up a date for a procedure within the same
month. The surgery was not traumatic at
all, and in hindsight, made my dentist
appointments seem like a large ordeal.
Of course the atmosphere at the clinic
was very comfortable and professional,
and I would like to thank the entire staff
for their warm hospitality. A couple of
days after my procedure, Dr. Jones called
to see how I was feeling and if I had
any questions/concerns. He also called
a few days after that as well. I have
never had a physician contact me regarding
my circumstances with any procedure! Shows
that he does care about his patient's
welfare and well being. During the past
5 months I have "popped" into
Dr. Jones' clinic unannounced, a few
times, for follow ups, (yes, I am quite
the pest) and he always made time to see
me, even if he was busy. Well I'm
glad to say that my hairline and crown
are coming in thicker and stronger everyday,
and that there will be more growth to
come as well. I also find that I am starting
to socialize much more frequently due
to my self esteem that is returning. This
hair loss affliction has been a tremendous
battle for me, but with Dr. J's help,
I am winning the war! There is quite a
marked difference between my before pictures
and my 17 week post pictures and I am
very pleased at this early stage, and
will be back with Dr.J for one more "polish"
session to refine and finish. Thanks Dr.
J! You have no idea what this means to
me.
Sincerely, Eternal Hope

I made of Dr. Jones. I gave him a framed

Hi,
My name is Carloss and I would like to
share with you, my great experience of
FUE HT, I had with great Dr. JONES from
Oakville. I am 36 years old guy from Europe.
I already had a few strip HT's and
few scalp reductions with bad results.
Because of that I browse all HT scene.
Why I decided to go to Dr. JONES? Simply,
because I wanted the best man to do "the
job" and repair my sad situation.
And I have to tell you , I chose the right
doctor and the right person in one man.
In short: I had my operation on 26-th
of March in Oakville. Started with OP
at 9:30 and finished at 16:30. I got 1000
FUE grafts, 200 of them for FREE. Dr.
JONES took out also some plugs previous
placed by other dr. and repair with them
my frontal hair line area. He gave me
more than fair price for procedure and
good care. His personnel were great. I
had almost no pain after OP, and for the
first time no swelling. Also now, five
days after.
Thank you, Dr. JONES, I am coming for
another 1000 FUE grafts, soon.

Thanks for changing
my life
Dear Dr. Jones,
Thanks for basically changing my life
in a very positive way. Beginning to lose
your hair when you're in your mid-twenties
is annoying, but when you're 28 and
people stare at your head before, during
and after greeting you is downright ridiculous.
I personally didn't mind losing my
hair until I realized it became the obsession
of practically everyone in my life. So
I began examining the alternatives. Sifting
through the hundreds of horror stories
regarding hair transplants was very discouraging.
However, I knew that a HT was the best
and only permanent solution to my growing
problem. It then became imperative that
I find a top surgeon that would perform
the HT with care, precision and at reasonable
cost. Not to mention provide me with a
good result.
To make a long story short, you gave
me that and much more. You and your staff
were professional, courteous, considerate
of my comfort and even entertained me
with your stories during the HT. The fact
that you are not greedy actually made
my transplant possible. If you charged
what other HT doctors did, I would be
balder today than ever.
7 months post-op, I am looking and feeling
much better. I have not had a single comment
about my thinning hair since my HT started
taking shape. Not only that, but everyone
looks at me funny and says something to
the effect of "you really look so
much healthier recently" or "you
look very good these days." The HT
was so well integrated into my natural
hair that not a single person has been
able to tell I got a transplant. Only
my close friends know, and I made sure
they know who's great work it is.
I also want to thank you for being generous
enough to level the skin growths I had
on my chin for no charge, on the same
day of my HT. I remember you every morning
when I shave because I no longer incur
the ritual daily shaving cuts. That you
are a plastic surgeon as well, has solved
another one of my life-long problems.
I know that you will have no problem
staying fully booked thanks to your excellent
work and reasonable rates. However, I
will make sure that everyone knows that
you are a top doctor with an excellent
staff and that you care about what you
do.
I only had 540 FU grafts implanted and
it made a huge difference in my life.
When I save up enough money, I will be
back for more. Meanwhile, please send
my best wishes to your staff and good
luck with your work.
Z
PS - I will soon send you photos of my
progress.

g'day dr jones,
trust this email finds you and the family
in good health and looking forward to
another winter season ! i figured an updated
pic of the progress so far was in order.
i took the liberty of adding the before
inset from your profile at iashrs, as
the resulting growth now compared with
the last photo is certainly more substantial.
ideally i'd like one more session
in the new year to add a little more density
to the back of the crown and the temple
areas, so i wondered if the strip method
was still possible after the previous
sessions ?
Perhaps it would be worth me paying a
quick visit to the surgery for another
brief consulation sometime in the new
year. all i can say is the results so
far have been pretty outstanding ! so
a big thanks to you and all your staff
for the attention, care and professionalismyou've
shown during every session.
anyway all the best for the reminder
of 2003.

Female Testimonial
November 30, 2003
I am a 33 year-old female who began noticing
a very gradual loss of hair 10 years ago.
As time progressed, it became more noticeable
and undeniable. I found myself trying
everything possible to diminish it. As
my condition worsened, I began to run
out of options and began adjusting my
activities accordingly (i.e. I would avoid
public pools and the beach). In my opinion,
this is one of the worst forms of mental
torture a woman could experience. I was
raised with the belief that a woman's
hair is her 'crown'; I had spent
my entire life using only the best hair-care
products while, also, avoiding anything
that could damage my hair (i.e. perms,
excessive hair-dryer use, and excessive
sun exposure). After seeing several doctor's,
they could only conclude that my hair
loss, while androgenetic, was accelerated
by my onset of diabetes. My self esteem
had been all but destroyed...until I met
Dr. Robert Jones M.D. of Oakville, Ontario
Canada.
As I researched the many options and
treatments available for hair restoration/transplantation
in the United States, I began to realize
how expensive this task would be; my hopes
of a normal life began to diminish. Then,
one day while researching this topic on
the net, I came across Dr. Robert Jones'
website (via Yahoo!). Having reviewed
his extensive website, especially the
section dedicated to women's hair
loss, I was compelled to call Dr. Jones
for a phone consultation. I was surprised
and delighted to find out that Dr. Jones
would perform the same procedure my condition
required for only half of the price quoted
to me here in the U.S. To give you an
idea of his good nature, his response
to my husband was, “I can’t understand
why my colleagues in the States charge
so much.”
Being that we live 3-4 hours away, we
made arrangements with Dr. Jones to schedule
the procedure, which would take about
8 hours. Dr. Jones' office was well
prepared and equipped to deal with out-of-town
patients; they couldn't have been
more helpful and sensitive to my situation.
My husband and I drove to Oakville, which
is less than 15 minutes from Toronto,
the day before the procedure. The next
morning, Dr. Jones reiterated the details
of the procedure and what we could expect
thereafter. He explained to me that I
would lose some of my existing hair, temporarily,
in the area where the transplant would
be grafted. This was typical because the
scalp is sensitive to any type of 'trauma'.
He also explained that a very small percentage
of the grafts would not survive, but that
was normal and should be expected.
The only discomfort I felt was the initial
application of the local anesthesia to
the scalp and the area where the donor
hair would be taken from. Beyond that,
I can only say that my head may have felt
somewhat ‘heavy’, but there was no pain.
Surprisingly enough, we were able to stop
midway through the procedure to have lunch;
being a diabetic I could not wait until
the end of the procedure. While the procedure
was being performed, my husband filled
out the necessary prescriptions at a pharmacy
less than 10 minutes away and then brought
me lunch. When the procedure was complete,
Dr. Jones briefed us one last time and
then we drove home.
When I returned home, I saw it for the
first time. It looked like tiny blood
dots all along the scalp; I was a bit
discouraged. However, this was expected
and I knew that I needed to be patient.
I was able to wash my hair again after
10 days and eventually the scabs would
come off naturally.
After a week, the stitches from the area
of donor hair were removed by my family
physician. I looked forward to this because,
as with any type of stitches, they would
be somewhat annoying from time to time.
Dr. Jones had cautioned me not to expect
to see any results for at least 2-3 months.
The transplanted hair and the affected
area of the scalp needed time to heal
and growth would be dormant for some time.
I would have my husband check it periodically
for any sign of growth. I would say that
this period of anticipation was the worst
part; after living in torment for so long,
you can’t help but to feel like an anxious
child on Christmas Eve. For me, it took
a little longer to see any results because,
being diabetic, the healing process was
slower. However, when my husband saw the
first signs of growth, I felt a joy inside
that I hadn’t known in a very long time.
I was ecstatic!
It has now been about a year since the
procedure and my hair is much fuller than
it was. Of course, it’s not as full as
it was before this all started, but it
is a big improvement to what it had become.
It was enough to restore my confidence
and feel good about myself. I no longer
felt like I had to hide and miss out on
the many things I had avoided in the past;
I felt normal again! This renewal of my
self esteem gave me the courage to return
to the life I had thought I would never
have again. Four months after the procedure,
I found a new full-time job and I feel
great.
If I hadn’t gone to see Dr. Jones, I
would still be in a rut, hiding from the
world. He is a skilled physician and a
kind person who will provide you with
as much help as, humanly and medically,
possible. I would advise any woman, or
man, to not suffer in silence. There is
help out there and people who care. It
really is just a phone call away.

Hi Rob.
I called Seagher and SureHair in my research
phase. I chose Dr. Jones initially because
his cost was significantly lower than
all others and his location was the most
convenient. I gradually realized that
he should be "the one" and felt
lucky that I went there. I knew that in
the near future and forever after I would
wind up looking like all my uncles on
my mother's side; although I love
them dearly I did NOT want to look like
that so it was time to take action. Am
I completely happy with your results?
Yes I'm very happy, but not completely;
I say this not because of dissatisfaction
from DRJ but because it's impossible
to get your original hair thickness back,
like back when you were 20 or so. That's
what would make me "completely"
happy regarding hair. So in a nut shell,
I'm completely happy when I realistically
think about it. It's great to know
that I won't ever recede like my uncles,
and it looks natural. People notice. I'm
glad I went to DRJ. It looks great; nothing
negative at all, and his staff and procedure
exceeded my expectations. This pic was
taken at 6 months, so I expect my hair
to fill in even further over the next
6 months.
One suggestion:
You should consider starting on Propecia
(Proscar) right away. I wish I had started
5 years ago. This stuff stops your hair
from falling out so I think it's as
important as the operation itself. Whether
you choose DRJ or not, get Proscar from
him; it's much cheaper than Propecia
from someone else.

"OK, as many of you have been waiting
for here is my update from my first procedure.
First off let me thank Dr. Jones and his
staff, Jenny and Tammy who helped out
during the procedure, they were great.
Needless to say although I was excited
I was also a little scared. This was the
first time in 7yrs I was having a transplant
again.
But after we got started I settled down
quickly. They were 3 steps I was having
done. First step was to remove a few of
the larger grafts from previous transplants
and to redistribute them better and smaller
like they should have been in the first
place.
Second was the extraction from the back
of the head. In order to try and minimize
the donor area being shown in the back,
Dr. Jones raised my hair and just cut
out the donor area he wanted to use with
scissors. My job requires me to be in
front of people so I wanted to minimize
anything being seen for obvious reasons.
He did a good job but I will have to use
some Prothik to cover some of it up. Next
time I think I will grow my hair longer
in the back so that it will hide it better.
I usually keep my hair fairly short but
I see the advantage of having it longer
for this procedure. Dr. Jones numbed up
the donor area and then proceded to remove
the grafts. As he removed them he was
showing them to me and they looked amazing.
Very clean with no extra skin around the
grafts that would have to be cut out if
this was a normal strip surgery. I received
a total of 200 grafts from the back of
my head and I estimate the transection
rate around 2.5%(4-5grafts). It was very
low and I was happy with that. Graft removal
was fast and Dr. Jones at one point timed
the removal at approx 15 seconds per graft
removal.
Third step was to remove grafts from my
chest area. Again my chest/stomach area
has a ton of hair and I want to use as
much as I can to increase density. As
Dr. Jones calls it, "it's free
hair" I couldn't agree more as
this is something that you could never
do with a strip surgery. See
full letter.

Dr. Jones did my second transplant for
just over half of what it cost me to get
my first one from Dr. ___ [removed for
confidentiality]. He was a real pro, with
professional assistants and an air of
confidence which he justified with his
work. He removed the original donor site
scar with the new donor strip and I was
surprised to find that immediately after
the procedure I could feel little stubs
of hair sticking up. After about a week
these hairs had grown into a little "brush
cut " that refused to fall out. It's
only been a couple of months but my transplant
is growing like crazy, He had originally
told me (as had Dr. ___) that it would
be 6 months until I would see full results
but that I could expect some growth soon.
Does anyone else have a story about Dr.
Jones?

Letter from Mark
Peterson
"I had Dr. Jones perform a HT on
me in mid July, 2002. I couldn't be
more happy with the procedure and the
results so far. When checking with other
surgeons, all I ever spoke with were sales
people. Dr. Jones himself called me when
he was available, and he spent half an
hour on the phone answering all my questions.
It was great.
The price he charged for the 2000+ FU
procedure plus the air fare was less than
half of what I was quoted by several places
here in the U.S. It turned out that the
donor strip was very dense with hair so
he obtained many more follicular units
than he expected, so he used those to
fill in my crown area. He ended up taking
care of all of my balding areas.
During the procedure…" See

"Both you and your staff are real
pros. It's nice to deal with people
who go out of their way to make you feel
at home. Especially when you're not
sure what to expect in a medical procedure
like a hair transplant, it's a relief
to have people explaining the steps so
you always feel in control."

"Being in the hairdressing business,
I've had an opportunity to see a lot
of poor hair transplants as well as some
good results. After seeing a few of Dr.
Jones' patients after their hair has
grown in, I'm convinced he is the
professional to do my own hair transplant."

"Dr. Jones helped me realize how
hair restoration really is a very natural
process... as natural as combing your
hair to suit your style. I know there
are lots of people offering the service,
but frankly, I can't imagine receiving
a hair transplant from anyone else. His
attention to detail sets him apart"

"I'd considered doing something
about my baldness for years. But the truth
is, I felt awkward discussing something
that personal with someone else... I didn't
want them thinking I was too vain or pre-occupied
with my hair. Talking on the phone with
Dr. Jones broke the barrier. He immediately
appealed to me as a friendly, honest kind
of person who understands how people feel
about their appearance."

Letter from Jeff
Thanks for the note.
I can't believe that after all the
intense research and anxiety I am done
and home recovering.
I really appreciate the manner in which
you run your clinic and the "Type
C" approach you have with your patients.
I wish I would have been more relaxed
and more myself during the procedure but
that was the "game face" that
I tend to wear when I am in a situation
in which I am not in control.
I am a planner and problem solver by nature
and career, and I take great pride in
the decisions I make and people I trust.
I appreciate the personalized business
approach you take with your clinic and
can tell you really enjoy your work.
My wife and I were very fast paced and
career driven before having children,
we enjoyed the success and titles we earned
in accounting and finance but were not
fulfilled with the product.
My wife now stays home and raises the
children full time and although my job
isn't as financially rewarding as
being a CPA, it is more satisfying than
I ever imagined on several levels.
A lot of people put unconditional trust
in my title/position before ever even
getting to know me, and that drives me
everyday to live up to those expectations.
On the off chance that you don't hear
it enough, I just wanted to pass along
that I respected the care I received at
your clinic more than what I thought my
money was worth.
Best Regards,

HT Procedures: 07-04-03, 12-12-02 &
11-1-02
My 3rd procedure with Dr. Jones was a
1 day procedure on July 4th, 2003. 1000
grafts of scalp hair were removed via
FUE and used to once again slightly lower
my hairline, increase the density behind
my new hairline, as well as to give my
temples a less mature look. See
pictures 8a and 8b.
My
2nd procedure with Dr. Jones was a 2 day
procedure on Dec 12th and 13th, 2002.
The 1st day was spent removing 500 grafts
of scalp hair via FUE and using then to
slightly lower my front hairline, in an
effort to get a better look. I have never
been happy with the way my Dr. Riggs created
front hairline looks, and want to improve
this. Day 2 was used to remove 500 grafts
of body hair via FUE, and implant them
in my donor scar. Since I keep my hair
buzzed extremely short (between 1 and
3mm), my donor scar from the prior strip
incision procedures was clearly visible.
I have learned to live with the way this
looks, but I certainly would prefer not
to have to.
On
11-1-02, I had my 1st procedure with Dr.
Jones, a 400 unit FUE procedure. The grafts
were removed from the back of my head,
and were implanted in between existing
hairs, from the hairline back about 3/4
of an inch or so, in an effort to improve
the density I was never happy with. About
300 were used on the right side of my
head, with the remaining 100 used on the
left. This was done in an effort to correct
the disparity between the density of the
two sides.
